Philip Morris Pakistan is looking for a candidate for Brand Manager GTM to join the Cigarettes & Consumables (CC) category team. This position is based in Karachi and reports to the Head of GTM Strategy. Brand Manager GTM will play a critical role in driving the execution of GTM plans and strategies for PMPKL CC Brand Portfolio. The incumbent will work closely with marketing & cross functional teams to implement marketing initiatives, manage activation programs calendar, and lead on-going tracking of KPIs to drive brand growth and market share.

Your ‘day to day’

  • Ensure timely execution of GTM Programs for priority brands & NPLs in alignment with the relevant marketing, sales & commercial strategy teams.
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) within the commercial team to ensure smooth execution of programs across channels & geographies to drive a consistent consumer experience.
  • Monitor & analyze market trends, consumer insights and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and recommend adjustments to the GTM strategy, fostering a culture of data driven decision making.
  • Manage effective KPI tracking by working closely with the commercial, sales & market research team and putting in place the right measuring mechanics.
  • Drive the agenda for Brand Health Check Forum to drive accountability within commercial team.
  • Ensure on-going reporting of commercial initiatives with local & regional stakeholders.

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field. Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • Between 6-12 years of experience in brand management, consumer journey, trade marketing or B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG/CPG industry
  • In-depth understanding of Pakistan’s retail & commercial landscape
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective category development plans
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to drive influence & collaboration in a cross-functional matrix structure
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
